![]() Once again, EaseUS’s Data Recovery Wizard did a great job of getting my data back. So, overall, I was delighted that I managed to get 98% of my deleted family photos back. They weren’t so important that I was motivated enough to go and remove the newly added files to recover those unrecovered photos. ![]() Unfortunately, there were a small handful of images that I couldn’t recover, but that was my fault.Īfter the images were deleted, I added some files to my NAS, making data recovery almost impossible. ![]() Thankfully, I managed to get most of my photos back. Initiating the recovery scan for lost dataĪfter downloading and applying my product key, I went to work by selecting the target location where my files were deleted. In the interests of being fully transparent, EaseUS was kind enough to provide me with a lifetime Pro product key so that I could write this personal review, as I needed to get my family photos back. It was an easy choice for me because I’m no stranger to these software tools, but for anyone out of the know, this is my recommended go-to utility for recovering lost data. Anyone who has been around the computer world for over a decade at least knows about the great job EaseUS does when it comes to data recovery. In this case, I want my deleted photos back! Why I thought EaseUS was perfect for file recoveryĪs some of you might know, I’ve been enveloped with computers for some time. When finding the proper data recovery software, I care slightly less about the number of features but instead about how well it can do its job. So if something is accidentally deleted and you want to get it back, don’t write anything new to the drive until you have performed the data recovery. If you have written over a part of a drive that once had your files with new data, it will be nearly impossible to retrieve your old data. Tip: I’d also like to point out that no matter how good recovery software might be, it won’t be perfect.
